How much does Aelo cost?
The Free plan costs 0 zł and does not require a card: you get a one-off measurement and 250 AeloCoins to get you started. The Starter plan costs 399 zł net per month, the Pro plan 999 zł net, and the Custom plan from 1,999 zł net. Paying annually reduces the subscription fee by 20%: Starter 319 zł, Pro 799 zł, Custom from 1,599 zł net per month, payable in advance for 12 months. You can purchase additional AeloCoins as part of paid plans, from 99 PLN net for 500.
How many brands are included in the plan?
The Free and Starter plans cover one brand; the Pro plan covers three brands on a single account; and you can purchase each additional brand for 499 zł net per month. With the Custom plan, we determine the number of brands on a case-by-case basis, depending on the size of your portfolio. Details at comparison of plans.
What if I run more than one brand?
With Pro, you get three brands, and you can purchase each additional one via the Account Panel for 499 zł net per month. If you have a large portfolio of brands, choose Custom: we’ll agree on the number of brands and the scope in the quotation. Get in touch via contact form.
What sort of advisers are included in each plan?
With the Free plan, you’ll be working with a Consultant; with the Starter plan, you’ll also be working with an Analyst; and with the Pro and Custom plans, you’ll be working with all four: a Consultant, an Analyst, a Planner and a Strategist. Each of them understands the context of your brand. Who are the Advisors?.
Does Aelo offer a trial period?
No. Instead of a trial period, there’s the Free plan: a one-off measurement with a full report and 250 AeloCoins to get you started, with no card required. Once you’ve used them up, you can either buy more AeloCoins or switch to a paid plan.
What does the Free plan include?
One brand, one user, 3 monitored phrases, a one-off measurement in Visibility with a full report, 250 AeloCoins to start with, three visible tickets, content in Studio for those three tickets, Synapsis and one Adviser: a Consultant. Outreach, i.e. activities outside the website, is available from the Starter package onwards.
How many AI models does Aelo test?
Four: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. We measure a brand’s presence on X using a separate module, as it works differently from the other engines. We describe how to ask questions in methodology.
What are AeloCoins?
AeloCoins are the unit of currency used within Aelo. You use them to pay for calls from Advisors and the content, graphics and adverts in Studio. You can see the cost of a campaign before you launch it. Tracking and the full report do not use up any AeloCoins. You can purchase additional AeloCoins through our paid plans: 500 for 99 zł, 1,000 for 189 zł, 2,500 for 449 zł and 5,000 for 849 zł net.
Do any unused AeloCoins carry over to the following month?
The subscription allowance is renewed at the start of each period, and any unused allowance expires at the end of that period. AeloCoins purchased via top-up are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are used up after the subscription allowance has been exhausted.
Can I change my plan part-way through?
Yes. Upgrading to a higher tier takes effect immediately, with a pro-rata charge, whilst downgrading takes effect from the next billing period.
