AeloCoins: what they are for and how to top up

AeloCoins (AC for short) are the currency you use in Aelo to pay for AI-powered actions: generating briefs, asking advisors questions or automatically completing the brand identity. In this article we explain where AeloCoins come from, how much each action costs and how to buy more.

Where your AeloCoins come from

AeloCoins come from two sources:

• Plan pool: every month you get a pool of AeloCoins that depends on your plan. The pool renews every month, and you see the renewal date in the account panel.
• Purchased AeloCoins: a separate pool you buy in the account panel. It does not expire when your plan renews.

To start, with no card, you get 250 AeloCoins. You will find the pool size for each plan in our pricing.

How much actions cost

You always see the price of an action on the button before you click it. Examples from the panel:

• Fill in identity with AI: 25 AC.
• New keywords: 15 AC.
• New scan questions: 10 AC.
• A question to an advisor in Advisors: the price on the Send button, for example 20 AC.
• Generate brief in Studio: 4 AC.

Prices may change as the panel develops, so always check the amount on the button. Read more about these actions in the articles on Advisors and Studio.

Where to check your balance

You see your balance in the account panel. Click Account panel in the top right corner of the brand panel, then Plan and AeloCoins in the menu on the left. The AeloCoins | This month tile shows how many AC are left in the monthly pool, what percentage that is and in how many days the pool renews. The same status is shown on the Overview page.

How to buy AeloCoins

1. Open the Account panel and go to Plan and AeloCoins.
2. In the Buy AeloCoins section, choose a pack.
3. Click Buy and complete the payment.

There are four packs to choose from (net prices):

• 500 AeloCoins: PLN 99, that is PLN 19.80 per 100 AC.
• 1000 AeloCoins: PLN 189, that is PLN 18.90 per 100 AC (−5%).
• 2500 AeloCoins: PLN 449, that is PLN 17.96 per 100 AC (−9%).
• 5000 AeloCoins: PLN 849, that is PLN 16.98 per 100 AC (−14%). The best value pack.

Top-ups are available in paid plans. Companies from EU countries outside Poland pay in euro: the currency follows the company's country in the invoice details. The number next to Purchased AeloCoins shows how many AC you have in the separate, purchased pool.

How to save AeloCoins

• Complete the brand identity manually if you know the details. Filling it in manually is free.
• Ask the advisors specific questions and return to existing conversations instead of starting new ones.
• Generate briefs from the GEO gaps you really want to cover, and review the brief before generating the article.

How many AeloCoins you need: examples

The pool in the Starter plan is 500 AeloCoins a month, and in the Pro plan 750 AeloCoins. You will find plan details in our pricing. A sample month of use:

• Filling in the identity with AI for a new brand: 25 AC.
• 10 questions to advisors at 20 AC each: 200 AC.
• 10 briefs in Studio at 4 AC each: 40 AC.
• New keywords and new scan questions: 15 AC + 10 AC.

That is about 290 AC in total, less than the Starter plan pool. If you manage several brands or talk to the advisors a lot, your usage will be higher.

Invoices and invoice details

You will find invoices for your plan and purchased AeloCoins in the account panel, in the Invoice historytab. We also send a copy of each invoice to your invoice email. You fill in the company details, VAT number and address in the Companytab: they will appear on the next invoice. The company's country in the invoice details also determines the payment currency.
