Studio is Aelo’s production module. It prepares text and graphics for the tasks set out in the report, drawing on what you know about your own brand. Nothing goes any further without your approval, as Aelo does not have access to your website.

Consistency

The track sounds like you, not like a template

The studio doesn’t write in a vacuum. Before a text is produced, it draws on the brand’s brand book and the brief from which the material stems.

The ability to retrieve colours and fonts directly from your website is currently in development. At present, consistency is based on the information you provide yourselves. The knowledge base is managed by the module Brand awareness.

A studio in Aelo’s plans

Content is included in every plan; in the Free plan, it is limited to visible tasks. Graphics are included from the Starter plan onwards, adverts from the Pro plan, and videos from the Custom plan. Everything is paid for using credits: 250 one-off credits in the Free plan, and 500 credits per month in the other plans.

What is the Studio module in Aelo?

The studio prepares text and graphics for the tasks set out in the report. The material is produced based on a specific task within the module Tasks, rather than from a general topic.

Does Aelo publish this content on my website?

No. The tool does not have access to your content management system. You or your agency are responsible for approving, downloading and inserting the text and graphics onto your site.

How does the Studio know how we talk about our brand?

From the graph Brand awareness, where Aelo gathers information about your company: from the indexed webpage, from scans and from your declaration in the Brand Identity document. The more the graphic designer knows, the fewer corrections you’ll need to make.

Do the graphics suit my website?

Yes. The studio takes the colours and fonts from your website, so the material blends in with the rest of the site and doesn’t need any reworking.

What exactly can I generate in my plan?

Content is included in every plan; in the Free plan, it is limited to visible tasks. Graphics are included from the Starter plan onwards, adverts from the Pro plan, and video from the Custom plan. The scope is in price list.

How much does it cost?

You pay for content and graphics using AeloCoins from the pool included in your subscription. You can see the cost of a campaign before you launch it. Measurement and reporting are covered by your subscription and do not use up any credits.

Can I edit the text that has been generated?

Yes, that’s how this module works. The material is sent to you as a proposal: you read it, make any corrections, and then either approve or reject it. Nothing goes any further without your approval.

When will I see the results of the published content?

In the next full scan, i.e. after a month. We discuss this in the article Why aren’t the changes visible straight away?.
