AI chatbot recommendations after 5 months: the Click Made case

After five months of work, Click Made is already recommended by three AI engines, while in May it was recommended by one. In the measurement of 30 October 2026, the brand appeared in answers to 11 of the 12 questions examined, and for 75% of the questions a model cited clickmade.pl as a source. All on-site tasks have been implemented, and off-site mainly directory listings for the company.

AI chatbot recommendations: a rising line of five measurements ending with a recommendation mark

Below, we summarise the entire case clickmade.pl: from a zero result in May to the measurement of 30 October. We described the earlier stages in the articles A graphic design studio in AI chatbots: the Click Made case, May 2026, Off-site signals: what Click Made was missing in AI, High score, zero mentions: the Click Made case, July 2026 and One AI chatbot instead of four: the Click Made case, October.

What did the 30 October measurement show?

That the brand is known and recommended. All four AI engines checked know Click Made, and three of them recommend it. In May, one recommended it. The report changed the brand’s status from “Known, but not recommended by most” to “Known and recommended”.

The other figures: the brand appeared in answers to 11 of the 12 questions examined, average visibility was 29%, and the citation rate 75%, i.e. clickmade.pl was a source for 9 of the 12 questions. 96% of the models’ answers gave a source. For one question the brand does not appear yet.

How has visibility changed since May?

In stages, with each model reacting at a different time. In May and early July the result was zero. At the end of July, Gemini and Mistral started mentioning the brand, and the website got its first citations. In early October, Perplexity mentioned the brand for every question, and citations rose to 32%. At the end of October, Claude and ChatGPT joined in.

How do the results look in individual AI chatbots?

Unevenly. Brand visibility is 92% in Claude, 83% in Perplexity, 25% in ChatGPT and 0% in Gemini. Gemini knows the brand when we ask about it by name, but does not mention it in answers to buying questions. This shows well that each model has its own sources and its own pace. We write about this in the article Why does AI give a different answer every time, and what does this mean for measurement?.

Gemini is an interesting case. In July it was one of the two models mentioning the brand, though far down the list. In October it stopped. The report does not give a reason, so we do not guess. This example shows why one measurement is not enough, which we describe in the article A drop in AI visibility: a temporary fluctuation or a real problem?.

What has been implemented?

All the on-site tasks from the successive Aelo plans, including:

  • structured data describing the company, the person, the services and questions with answers,
  • separate service pages, including visual identity and print design, with the scope, process and examples,
  • an expanded page about the author with her experience, projects and client reviews,
  • address and local information on the pages for Bielsko-Biała,
  • strengthened existing service pages instead of new subpages on the same topics,
  • sections addressing general and comparative questions.

Off-site, we mainly created directory listings for the company on directories and review websites, with identical details everywhere. With this set of work, the brand went from zero to being recommended by three AI engines. How to plan such tasks is described in the guide Brand visibility in AI.

What does the website audit reveal?

That the website is technically ready. The 30 October audit gave clickmade.pl 99 out of 100 points for AI readiness and 95 out of 100 for classic SEO, an A rating in both cases. It checked 128 pages and 35 types of structured data. The highest scores went to indexability, structured data, page descriptions, content credibility and access for AI models.

The audit also pointed out three things to fix: the next pages of the blog post list have the same content, two subpages have no links from other pages, and the server has only 1 of the 6 recommended security headers. These are small fixes, but worth doing. What an audit is, we describe in the entry visibility audit.

What else is missing?

Independent editorial signals. The 30 October report still names the lack of press publications, rankings and comparative reviews on external industry websites as the main barrier. The plan for the coming months includes a profile with client reviews on a contractor review website, an expert article on a business website and entering a project in a graphic design competition.

The second task is Gemini, which still does not mention the brand, and ChatGPT at 25%. The third is general and definition questions, where the brand is still weakest: an expanded Q&A page will help here. We describe such questions in the entry search intent.

What does the Click Made case teach?

  • A good website is a requirement, not a result. 86 articles gave 0%, and citations only came with specific service pages and consistent data.
  • Read several metrics at once. The visibility score went up and down, while citations and recommendations kept rising.
  • The models respond at different rates. First those that search the web, then the others.
  • Citations come before recommendations. Citations grew with every scan, while recommendations only changed in October.
  • A small business can compete with big players if it takes a narrow niche and describes it specifically.

Methodological caveats

We refined the set of questions along the way, and the number of models checked varied from three to five. That is why we compare the direction of change, which models mention and recommend the brand, and the share of citations, not exact differences in points. We also do not claim that each task on its own had a specific effect: the models themselves were changing at the same time, for example ChatGPT switched to GPT-6 in October. We describe the method on the page Methodology.

How does Aelo run this kind of process?

The same as for Click Made: measurement, diagnosis and a task plan, repeated every month. The measurement is done by Visibility in AI, tasks are created in Tasks, brand knowledge is collected by Brand Knowledge, and content is prepared with the help of Studio. The lime producer case had a similar course, described in the article From 0 to 17 mentions in AI in five weeks. The lime producer case, continued in the article Website citations in AI: the lime producer as a source for every question.

FAQ

How long did it take to go from zero to a recommendation?

Five months, from the measurement on 30 May to the measurement on 30 October 2026. The first citations appeared after about two months.

Are paid publications necessary to achieve such a result?

In this case, the results came from work on the website and listings in directories. Independent publications are the next step.

Is this result sustainable?

There are no guarantees. Models change, so visibility needs to be measured regularly and action taken when it drops.

Can I check what it looks like for me?

Yes. You can run your first measurement on a Free account in Aelo.
