How much does Aelo cost?
The Free Plan doesn’t require a card: you start with 250 AeloCoins, and once you’ve used them up, you can either top up your credit or choose a plan. We’ll announce the prices for the Starter and Pro plans when sales begin; the Custom plan is priced on an individual basis. Prices are net, and annual billing reduces the subscription fee by 20%.
How many brands are included in the plan?
One. Every plan, including the Free plan, covers one brand as part of the subscription fee. You have to pay extra for the second and any subsequent brands.
How much do the second and third brands cost?
The rate for each additional brand is fixed and does not increase with the number of brands. We will quote this amount alongside the plan prices. For Custom plans, the rate is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Do I need to change my plan to add a brand?
No. You add further brands within the plan you’re already on. You only change your plan if you need a wider range of modules or more users on your account. The summary is in comparison of plans.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Pro adds four features: your own tasks and notes, all reputation-based tasks, four advisers instead of two – namely, an additional Strategist and Editor – as well as adverts and videos in Study. The starter pack contains a full report, all implementation tasks, content and graphics.
Does Aelo offer a trial period?
There is no trial period in the traditional sense. Instead, you start with 250 AeloCoins, without a card. That’s enough to run a measurement and test the modules. After that, you can either buy more credits or choose a plan.
What does the Free plan include?
One brand, one user, 250 AeloCoins to start with, a sample report instead of a full brand report, three visible implementation tasks, content related to these tasks, and one adviser, a Consultant. The remaining tasks are visible but blurred.
How many AI models does Aelo test?
Four: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. We measure a brand’s presence on X using a separate module, as it works differently from the other engines. We describe how to ask questions in methodology.
What are AeloCoins?
AeloCoins are the unit of currency used within Aelo. You use them to pay for calls from advisers as well as the content and graphics in the Studio. You can see the cost of the campaign before it goes live. Measurement and reporting are included in the subscription.
Do any unused AeloCoins carry over to the following month?
No. The subscription allowance expires at the end of the billing cycle and is reset.
Does Aelo publish content on my website?
No. Aelo prepares the article, graphics and description, whilst you or your agency handle the publication. The tool does not have access to your content management system. How Studio works.
Can I change my plan part-way through?
Yes. The change to the plan takes effect from the next billing cycle.
