Target group

Brand and positioning
The target audience consists of the people to whom the brand directs its message and offering. In the context of visibility in AI, this determines which questions you measure in the first place.

What does that mean?

The target group defines a set of queries

The same service sounds different when asked by an individual and when asked by a procurement department. If the queries you are monitoring do not match the way your audience asks questions, the measurement results will be accurate but useless.
That is why we compile the group description before the first scan, in the Brand Identity section. This includes the industry, company size or audience profile, geographical reach and the audience’s level of knowledge, as this determines whether the customer asks about the name of the service or about their problem.
FAQ

Questions about this concept

The questions most frequently asked in connection with this concept.
Is it possible to have several target groups?

Yes. If they differ significantly, it is worth considering separate brands within Aelo, as each has its own set of queries and its own history.

What if I don’t know how my client is asking the question?

Start with the questions that come up in sales conversations and in emails. These best reflect the language of your audience.

Does the target group affect the measurement result?

It’s not about the result itself, but about what you’re measuring. Poorly chosen questions yield a result that tells you nothing.

Gauge your customers’ responses to your questions

To start with, you receive 250 AeloCoins, without a card. These are enough to start the measurement and test the modules. Once you’ve used them up, you switch to a paid plan. The set of queries is compiled based on the group description, rather than general phrases.
