The visibility barrier in AI
Visibility in AI
A barrier is a missing signal, meaning the model has no basis on which to replace or recommend a brand. Aelo counts the barriers for all engines that returned a result in the latest scan.

What does that mean?
What is the model lacking that would prevent me from recommending the brand?
The most common barriers do not relate to the quality of the website, but rather to what is missing from it and what is missing elsewhere: independent reviews, editorial citations, appearances in rankings and comparisons. The model can describe a company based on its own website, but it bases its recommendation on sources over which you have no control.
A barrier is a guide, not a mark. Each one gives rise to a task in the module Tasks, and the implementation is up to you or the agency.

To start with, you get 250 AeloCoins, without a card. That’s enough to start the scan and test the modules. Once you’ve used them up, you switch to a paid plan. The first scan identifies obstacles and compiles them into a list of tasks.
